@zyankenta Uhm, I have this in my game as well.....it started happening after I installed dismemberment mod. You don't have this mod installed?

@zyankenta Is a bad rig in original ped model by R* people, few peds have vertexes without any bone skinning causing this issue. The fix is somebody apply skin weight on those vertexes and reimport to game.
