[MISC] Handheld weapons for weaponized vehicles

I'm trying to figure out how to allow the use of your regular drive-by weapons like pistols and grenades while driving vehicles that usually replace that option with mounted guns, like the Ruiner 2000 or Oppressor. So far, all I've managed is removing the mounted weapons, but I still can't use the normal ones. Is there any easy way to allow that?
