Not a single trainer opens

Hello im using gta version 1.0.1103.2 and i cant open a single trainer, i've tried menyoo and scripthook, i did exactly what the manual told me to do but it wont open. I've reinstalled scripthook many times still doesnt work, i've reinstalled gta and it still doesnt work, (my gta folder is clean it doesnt have any mods so i can get a fresh start). Please help, thank you.
