Help me fix Open IV error!!

Im new to modding in gta 5 but it looks fun to do so i started a youtube tutorial to learn how to do it and everything went great until i wanted to download some addon vehicles that required me to download Open IV, so i downloaded it from this website, but whene ever i try to launch the setup it gives me this "[ERROR] Setup is unable to wirte log file" so what could my problem be?? and how may i fix it??
NOTE: im on windows 7 (64 bit)
