there is a julionib mod that creates random crimes in the city,

I wanted a supplement to put some peds with some power , type :

-a super fast guy
-another to release heat rays through the eyes
-another that has super strength

but instead of calling to fight with our character directly, they would be committing a random crime, and our work would stop them !

Would be amazing
