Cars shooting flames, being extra smoky like real life and being extra noisy like gunshots(should work on older versions)

Well i thought that some one should make a mod that could enable cars and bikes shooting flames being extra smoky and noisy usually as modified sports cars or bikes do when ever they rev. there should be some specified keys like J K L bla bla bla for such functions.bolded text
