Game not running after update. I have latest version of ScriptHookV.

I have gone through threads here including the pinned "If you mods have stopped working after the latest update, please read this first".
I recently bought this game from Valve (after playing through most of it on xbox one). I have been running on PC with NVR without any issues until the last update. NVR is the only mod I'm running. I have replaced the ScriptHookV.dll with the most recent version (v1.0.1493.0). Is there anything else I need to do? Thanks!
