NEED HELP: Car wheels going inside car making it undriveable.

I have a few mods installed on gta v and have had no problems with any of them. However recently whenever i get into any vehicle the wheels go inside the car and the car slides around completely uncontrollably. I don't know whats causing this!! I have reinstalled script hook V and the handling.meta file but the problem still persists.
Any ideas on how I would fix this?

Some info would be nice, such as what mods, etc you're running. We have to be able to know exactly what you've got going on to try to find a cause, especially on the rare occasion that the authors of the mods comment to try and sort it out (which is not something you should hold your breath for as they are busy people)

Sorry, I have various mods such as menyoo and manual gear shift. However the problem started after I installed Realistic vehicle damage. I installed the handling.meta file manually into my files through open IV, I have tried deleting it and replacing it with the vanilla file but it has not worked.

I know it's a p.i.t.a. to reset, but try going vanilla and adding them back one at a time except that one and see if it reproduces. might help.
