Green typing box when i press "t" on the keyboard

Hey everyone and although this question will sound quite silly, whenever I press the letter "t" on my keyboard in game, a green typing box will pop up just to the upper level corner of the game. The problem is I want this to be disabled but I do not remember which mod or script causes that thing. Is it NativeUI? ENT? Could you help me out a bit?

Well, it may be a script, if you can't find the solution, you can just do a fresh install of the game, or you can just let it be.
