ADD ON Mods, Some replace mods and all weapon replace mods just stopped working?

I've been modding GTA V for quite some time now, I'm still considered an amateur when it comes to this stuff, but I've had the game working with a few script mods (multiplayer apartments, open all interior and the crouch mod), trainerV, natural vision with visual v and enb, els, almost every vanilla car replaced and almost every weapon replaced with little to no crashes. After adding a few more addons today the game would crash while loading giving me the ERR_FILL_PACK 1 error, after deleting a few of the recent addons, after replacing the gameconfig (the 300 limitless one) using the 0.1 vehicle (it was 0.5 before changing it) ped spawn and adding a heap adjuster asi and a packfile limiter asi I figured out it was a VW Golf addon by baba0rum that also had a BMW addon included as a pack. This made the game work with no problems including some of the new add ons I recently just added. I come home the same day from chilling with my friends and decide to addon some of the other cars that i recently just deleted after figuring out it was the VW golf that bugged it and the game boots no problem, Natural Vision loads up changing out the GTA V logo and pressing f4 shows trainerV. I go to the addon spawner to spawn in some of the new cars and slot 1 to i think slot 400 completely disabled, all of my weapon mods are disabled, and only around 60% of the vanilla cars are the ones that were replaced. Any new dlc car that wasn't in the first release of gta v on pc wont load in, including the weapons. Even the radio selector doesn't show the new 3 radio stations (blonded, LS underground and the third one i seem to forget, it came out with ll gotten gains part 2 im pretty sure). It seems the game is running like it was never updated even though i just got the new trainer that would let me use the new underground radio in story mode. I then delete the limiter and adjuster and put the game config back to 0.5 but the game seems to be the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated as ive recently had to redownload every mod from scratch due to the after hours update that gave me the FIL_PACK_1 or 3 error.
