Wheel Mods Not Working

Hello i have been modding my GTA for some time now but whenever I try to install wheel or rim mods depending on what you want to call them, they just stopped working and I can't get them to work no matter what I have deleted my mods folder multiple times and done a fresh install but I still can't get them to work every other mod i use works tho please help ;-;
It isn't a certain wheel mod its all of them i have try different ones.
