Tuning-Wheels Size Editing

Hi folks,
i don't know if someone asked it before, but is there a way to change the wheel-size of the tuning wheels for a specific car? For example, I've got an add-on vehicle and the tuning wheels are way too small for the model. How can I edit the size of the tuning-wheels for that vehicle in general?
