Randomly got signed into someone elses account.

Hi, I have encountered a bug where for some reason i got signed into someone elses account without doing anything.
I clicked on my bookmark for 5mods on chrome today to find that i was logged in as someone else called Gert999, I tried refreshing the page and restarting chrome to see if its a glitch and i was still logged in and had full access to the account.
I wasn't sure how to contact a admin so ive posted this here just because this could be quite bad if the wrong person got into someones account, because it has personal info.
