Everything seems off Need Help

Hay I am having major trouble with my GTA V for some reason that when I try to play the game one the Handguns are not loading right second the Add Ons Models are not loading that include the player on and I do not know what to do and whats going on I removed everything and the Handguns works fine but when I put in asi and Skrpithook the Handguns dose not work and i am having trouble with the add on and I even try with the c4e6ba-1.0.791.2- v2.rar witch is the 100 Car + one and I did try the others I do not know what to do please someone help me
