Animals and Peds missing

Hi I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem, but all of my animals and prostitute's also the lost and other Peds have disappeared from my game. Has anyone got any ideas why and how to fix it please.

Increase your population density in your game settings, the lower it is, the less peds and animals will spawn.

@MegaDeveloper it's on full , I can't understand it no animals no hell's angels there is lots of Peds missing from the game even the security guards it's strange.

@keirona Might as well do a fresh install of the game.
