mod car [paleto score setup mission] bug

so i downloaded this modded bmw e36 [ link: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/bmw-e36 ] and it replaced the premier car in the original game.... now i dont remember if i backed up the original premier settings... but the mission bugs because premier is michael's second car and it has to be the premier (i tried it wont use any otehr car i walk to the mission into)... and this e36 has only 2 doors so it bugs out and trevor cant ride the car and on the retry secreen if i restart from last checkpoint it never loads....
so can someone tell me what to do or give me a link to install a premier or a car that is 4door and replaces premier to do the mission... and i would need help in replacing so it has to have a tutorial readme or something to install it since i am a big noob afterall... thanks in advance.

@adelyasser00 You have to replace it with a four door vehicle or put the originals back, play the mission, then put the modded stuff back.

@Akila_Reigns i know that.... the thing is i dont know any 4 door car in this community to replace premier.... thats why im asking.... and i said i am a noob... i can barely install cars with each's readme folder.... cant work without one.

@adelyasser00 If you really want that car, just place the original files until you finish the mission, after doing it, replace the original with the modded vehicle.

@Akila_Reigns i dont want the car anyway... the thing is i dont think i have the original files mate.... thats why im asking if someone knows another car that replaces premier and is 4 door but i cant search properly.
