Getting rid of mods

Okay so im going to just keep it simple, I added a some mods and a couple of trainers to my game, I am not very good at modding, and never have been, I want to play online and I know that to some people it is as simple as "remove this" and "remove that" but like I said, I am not good at modding and I dont know if i backed up my original game files. If I just delete my game, also deleting OpenIV and ScriptHook, and reinstall gta 5, will that delete all mods/trainers and such, allowing me to play online? (I have the steam version of the game)

@whitelightningco Man, I hate to say it, but yes, you need to uninstall and then reinstall.

Make sure you delete the folder for GTA 5 also before reinstalling.
