modding after 1.42

Hello,

Since they blocked OpenIV and it's not possible anymore to mod without getting an ALTERNATED VERSION OF GTA online, are there any new inventions done how to mod again without getting an ALTERED VERSION error and without using openIV?

I want to install the nude packs on my online GTA how do I have to do that now ? is there already a new solution?
