Any good graphic mod?

Anyone recommends a good looking graphics mod that does not screw up the whole game when using other mods?
Atm I'm using VisualV with NVR Light.
Why light version instead of full?
Because for some reason it doesn't like some mods and with dispatchworks installed it crashes everytime i go to LS.
I want something that looks more "realistic".
I've seen redux but from what i can recall everyone seems to be having big issues with it.

redux uses stolen mods anyway. try reshade (does drop fps a little)

MVGA is a really good graphics mod I would consider checking it out

@Maras86 I'm using VisualV and Darker Nights + few mods for individuals details as reflections etc.

@ArmaniAdnr What mod are you using for the reflections? I use NVR, I love it but the car's reflections are not so good.
