Skin Textures (clothes) are not working.

I've recently seen a bunch of real life mod videos so I was like let's try it out, I chose a bunch of clothes mod (Supreme Hoodies, Gucci etc) and followed the steps however when I get into the game the textures are buggy.
Here's an example of what pretty much all the tees/hoodies look like, the pants are just as buggy.
