Part of Map Doesn't Load

Upon startup, most of my map will load like the City portion of the map but the desert area and Fort Zancudo and some parts of the Main City will not load. Please Help

Probably because your computer can't handle the memory reading therefore loading the areas more slowly, if you have a good computer(idk like a good graphics card), then go to your settings in game and crank up the view distance.
