Vehicle paint shifting bug (NVR)

So apparently there has been a known bug with NVR messing with vehicle textures/paint, the problem is, what was known was that this had to do only with replacement vehicles. My issue is with replacement, and vanilla. I have 3 vanilla vehicles that glitch out on me with NVR. I did find one post on here concerning this issue (https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/20547/vehicle-painting-bugs) but no solution was ever found. I honestly don't know how most NVR users would not be experiencing this same issue...
I haven't been able to find anything, but is anyone aware of a solution?
