Problem In Installing Mod

I am a newbie to gta 5 mods. I've been trying to install the Nice Fly Mod , so far i have copied the scripthook files to my gta 5 directory. When i copied the nicefly.asi file in my folder and started gta 5 it says nicefly.asi is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installion media or contact system admin. Error Status 0x0000022 .
Please Help Me!! I really wanna install mods into the game .
