Modded vehicles inverse physics
-
I have downloaded some modded vehicles and though most of them work fine, some have inverse physics i.e. the car leans back when I hit the brakes. Does anyone know how to fix it?

@OBCTGamer
you could try and set a different handling name for the cars that have that issue
or edit the handling line yourself

@ReNNie is there any sort of tutorial on how to do that?

Most likely it is because the 'z' parameter for this:<vecCentreOfMassOffset x="0.000000" y="0.000000" z="0.000000" />is set too low in the vehicles 'handling.meta'.
Usually vehicles like that aren't too far off being balanced so either try raising the 'z' parameter by ~0.5 a time & see if at some point the vehicle stops leaning back under breaking, or if you go too far, starts to tip/roll over easily on cornering. Then tweak by smaller increments up or down to get exactly what you want.
Or alternatively, raise it by 2.00000 or more to get a quick answer (vehicle will start to roll over easily/does wheelie on takeoff/acceleration) & then lower the value to find the sweet spot.
