What changed in the update.rpf file when MPBattle came out? [OpenIV question]

I have a heavily modified update.rpf file, and OpenIV tells me that I need to change it to the current version, and yes, my game doesn't work because of it. Are there any specifics about what files I need to change (I know of the gameconfig and dlclist and the dlcpatch content)?
