Fatal error:unrecoverable fault-please restart the game

I play GTA 5 with a couple of car add-ons and replacement mods. I also have NVR installed. About ten to thirty minutes in the game. If i press the Esc key the game crashes saying Fatal error:unrecoverable fault-please restart the game. Who can help me?

A mod is causing the crash then, if you can uninstall all your mods, that would be great, but if you can't find them all, then might as well do a fresh install of the game and reinstall your mods one by one and often go into game to see if that mod is crashing it.

You could try the heap adjuster mod too first
