Game crashes upon starting after installing new car

Everytime I go into story mode to start the game, during loading the game crashes and closes. This happens everytime I try and install a new add on. I have the latest version of script hook and I know I am installing the mods correctly as I already have 20 cars installed.
Can anyone help me fix this?
