Emergency vehicle lights cause flashing squares when near them

Hello people,
I have played along with some mods on my GTA5 and recently i ran into an issue with the light coronas of emergency vehicles. when i approach a polica car or am driving one, the emergency lights flash in an extremely annoying way. (see photos. I guess there are some textures missing.

EDIT: the problem is only there when post FX are turned on, the higher the setting the bigger the flashing squares.

Can anyone help me with that or tell me which files/textures are probably missing here?
