Can not import Policeold1/2 to Zmodeler "can not create shader"

I was thinking to finally get back to gta 5 modding, and im gonna add livery/UV mapping for my no snow police rancher and no snow police esperanto. https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/no-snow-police-rancher-without-liveries

But whenever i try to import them to Zmodeler (even when i try to import the vanilla policeold1 and 2 with snow) i keep getting these types of error`s.
