No More Tuned NPC Cars

I'd like to know if there is a mod or if there is a way to make it so NO loaded NPC cars are rendered out tuned. I have a few replacement cars to compliment the World Of Variety mod but i run into glitches with distorted vehicle parts due to the models being different from the originals. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

@CurtArchitect Got to update/update/common/data/ai and edit vehiclemodelsets.meta. Find said vehicles in file and set modkits = 0 to modkits = -1
