Converting a replace to a add on issue

I was fallowing the video up to the point where you add the contentxml and setup2 to the dlclist in openiv but when I try to drag them over it says I can not do it. Does anybody here know why? Maybe I'm using a out dated method but it was the only one I could find.

OpenIV is in edit mode?

Yes I get a pop up error saying I cant put the files there.
