Dying in GTA V glitch?

Don't know what category to put this in, so...
So, I have an FPS Counter, and my game runs about 60 FPS, which I have no problem with... But, when I get wasted my game goes all the way up to 800 fps when I die and when I respond it goes back to 60 fps.

@Niko_CJ_Franklin i suppose it's cause the area is unloaded when it tp you to hospital
