@Kenny_Loggins Install the car mod by tk0wnz, then download the skin mod, replace the required file.
How to: Open 69charger.ytd (or something like that, has to be a .ytd file) via OpenIV, search for dukes_sign_3 select it and hit replace, select the appropriate general lee skin, replace, then save.
Do the same for dukes_sign_4.
