Other Add on Cars has no Tuning or Modification via LSC or Benny's Motorworks

I'm having a problem with some Add-on Cars I added recently on my GTA 5 Mods Folder. when I enter to LSC or Benny's Motorworks. Add - on car has no Tuning or Modification Options, someone can help me with this?, what are the possible cause of the problem?
