I messed something up with OpenIV.

I was installing a mod, when accidentally installed it into the game folder intead of the mods folder (The mod was Improvements in Gore btw, https://de.gta5-mods.com/misc/improvements-in-gore). Can i do something against that?

@Adeveth Verify Steam cache. It will detect this, and update with vanilla assets.
