I just want enter and use vehicles of fort zancudo without any stars or millitary attacks.
have any techniques or mod available ? if I become millitary man, can I enter fort zancudo without stars or miiltary attacks ? is that possible. please some one help me

Any of the trainers allow you to turn off wanted level (never wanted). But you can also do that in director mode with no mods. Just open your context menu (M) and select director mode. Tutorials for it abound on youtube.

but director mode is not real game and if i steal vehicle i cant store them

Didn't Simple Trainer from sjaak have the ability to set Zancudo and the Airport to a safe zone?

@ReNNie I know SNT has the ability to turn off restricted areas

@ReNNie yep, after 6.5: -added Restricted Areas, enabled by default, if disabled, you will be able to visit the prison, fort Zancudo and the Airport without being attacked,
