Help with asi

This mod here https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/endeavor-mod-menu#description_tab
has directions to use the mod in Xbox. But it also says you need an asi loader (dsound.dll) to load the mod. This is all really confusing and I just want to download a free mod menu for my friend's Xbox 1. Any help at all would be appreciated.// edit ReN : no console modding allowed on our bosrd
