Dodge Neon SRT-4 Add-On

The 2004 Dodge Neon SRT-4 is one of my favorite cars, hands down.
On GTA 4, someone made an SRT4 mod, I tried to convert the car for GTA 5 but the file was locked, and the creator never responded to me when I asked for permission.
I would be so happy and would love to see someone make the Dodge Neon SRT-4 for GTA 5.
It is such an iconic car! It’s got unique looks, it’s quite fast, and it sounds great.
There are tons of mods that could be included to the car in the game, both in LSC and in the actual files such as a blow off valve, exhaust sound, etc.
I think the SRT4 would be a great hit to lots of GTA 5 players, and I’m sure lots of people would want it.
I would really love to see it done!
