What are the odds of getting a mod for scars on my Online Male I recreated in Single Player with Skin Control?
Like the natural scars they get after taking heavy damage from car accidents and shoot-outs?
Sort of like damage overlays you can apply with Menyoo Mod - only permanent, and better.

He just means for the online player model, which you can use in SP through trainers. Anyway, best to not spam mod authors with @ replies like that. Most of them are car modders or scripters anyway.
