Enhanced trainer issues

Good evening everyone,
I've recently gotten into modding again after a long break to enjoy the multiplayer with friends, but recently I've been having issues with Enhanced trainer, and I would greatly appreciate any help with this issue.
Basically I've not been able to spawn vehicles that are from the more recent dlc's, basically when I click on them to spawn them nothing happens, and all of my added on mods are showing up as 'could not find model' eventhough I know they work because the day before I could spawn them, is this a common issue and does anyone have a way to help? I've done everything I can think of, and nothing has worked.
