[HELP] 3ds Max player model(.ydd) editing

Help me, I am using 3ds Max to edit Franklin model.
The model was exported successfully and when I tried it in game, the model turn like this
Anyone can help me???

@jengsebong007 you need to rig the model

@jengsebong007 if you look you see the bones are only on half of the model that explains why it looks like that ingame

Thanks for replying guys. I've managed to get it work like charms in game:
Btw, this is @messi3194 's mod. I just delete the shirt inside the jacket and use jbib as inside shirt. Thanks @messi3194 and @Ze-Krush

The concept
- You need to find any model you want
- Use the original GTA V model to make it as reference like if you want to rig cap, use the original GTA V cap to make it as reference (like the position, size, etc.) or you can use head model of Franklin or Trevor or Michael to make sure the cap is fit with the head.
- After you have satisfied with the position and size of the modded cap, you need to attach the cap with the original GTA V cap.
- Then you can delete the original model of the cap.
- Export!
I assume you already have the knowledge on how to import ydd into 3ds max.

@jengsebong007 thx! yeah i know how to import to max and change stuff (extrude, move, scale and so on).
but when i import for example a hoddie it's like this:
Game mesh -
(gizmo, center)
Skin
Editable Meshif i convert mesh to poly it becomes separated from Game mesh and Skin.
don´t know how to attach my edited mesh/poly to the game mesh skin again.but will try your suggestion... build the model than line it up/ attach / delete original.
(anyone that's good with 3d max, would be nice if you could share some tips, links to relevant tutorials)

@mrmeerkat I did make a tutorial that will cover ripping models from executable files, importing them, placement, rigging, materializing, and exporting to OpenIV. I'll dm you the tutorial if jengse didn't already.
