How to add custom car names to a modded car?

Hi there everyone!

Anyone knows how to make custom car names work in-game when you have a modded car?

For example you have a modded vehicle which is a Chevrolet Trailblazer and you want its name to be shown when you enter the vehicle and also when going into Los Santos Customs.
