Game starts one time out of 3

Hello everyone! Ive installed quite a lots of mods but my game only starts approximately 1 time out of 3.. it keep crashing most of times. It's very annoying and I don't know what is causing this since it doesnt happen every single time. Also, looks like restarting my pc helps and the game always starts after a restart.
Any idea?

@JLJL delete that mods and start again...this time test game every time after at least 5 added mods...
