Any idea what is this ScriptHookDotNet error ?

Original non steam version of GTA, tons of mods
anyone have idea what is this error? But nothing happend ingame, it just write me there is error in ScriptHookDotNet. It appareal random but I think all time I was in any vehicle (all time different one)

I have the same error on my modded v1. 41 btw and have removed GTAVisualFX for now (only used for the nose wheel smoke on touchdown)
