[Help] Changing order of "Using Textures"

I am currently attempting to reskin a modded vehicle that uses Vehshare.ytd for the overall skin and that is overriding the skin that I have made it in the vehicle YTD. How do I change the order/ remove the Vehshare.ytd texture from the list "Using Textures". (Not temporarily but permanently)
