Weapon attachments mod ?

i have some mods installed to my GTAV including weapon mods , yesterday i found something wrong to my weapon mods(include my weapon mods),the problem is when i firing using any modded weapon the weapon attachments
it's like being separated from weapons, flying like a glitch and returning to normal when i stop firing. Does anyone have the same problem like me? did u know how to fix it? i need help about this because i feel uncomfortable when im shooting innocent people, i don't know if i getting a karma, pls help
- things like this happen and don't but almost always happen.
