I installed a LCPDFR Vehicle pack the wrong way, i think.

I attempted to download this pack: https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/20065-los-santos-police-pack-tpd/ earlier today. I followed the instructions closesly but something possibly went wrong. The police vehicles does spawn in and drive normally, but their lights do not work. is there any quick fixes for this, or did i install wrong?

@BoostMonkey I am not sure if any lcpdfr site's mod issue should be posted here though because that mod ain't on this site but still Did you install ELS and also the police.xml files for ELS ?

Might be a good idea to ask this on the LCPDFR site for the mod (or per the author's directions) too as @Yogeshk mentioned. It might help with faster/better feedback from the developer or those using it.
