[VEHICLES] XLS2 Police as Addon

Hey Guys,
im trying to build an unmarked (nonELS) xls2 police vehicle with some great antennas, police-interior, lightbar behind the windshield and a police-rambar, maybe a searchlight..
but im new to zmodeler and cannot get it to work
im having a fivem roleplayserver and our swat team wants this car for their job. (bulletproof windows and great design).
could somebody create this for us?
