Has QuantV been took down again or is it updating?

We're trying to work out whether it's the real Quant or not. We have strong suspicions that it is someone else pretending to be Quant, in which case, they'll be banned and the mods removed until the real Quant says otherwise.

Update: we now have confirmation that this is indeed an impersonator. They have been banned.
