TITAN X-12gb card liquid cooling panel evga GTX hybrid

Hi guys
I have a powerful TITAN X-12gb card, and I installed the liquid cooling panel evga GTX hybrid on it but the problem is just installing GTA5_REDUX_V1.5 mod.
And then the graphics disappear like the picture even without REDUX but if I install the police cars model High resolution and medium its same problem.
can anyone help me to find where the problem?
